Body Sculpting Regina is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as
Office Administrator, You will be performing the following duties,
Direct day-to-day office operations, Evaluate, implement, and supervise office
procedures as well as develop new procedures.
Supervised and coordinated daily work and ensured proper allocation of tasks to related
staff.
Oversee office work including distributing incoming correspondence, preparing invoices,
filing internal documents, photocopying & printing,
Provide inputs in selecting, developing, and evaluating staff to ensure the efficient
operation of the company.
Providing administrative support to the senior management regarding various
management processes like budgeting, contracting, etc.
Assist the senior management in the preparation of operational budget reports,
proposals, contracts, letters of employment, etc.
Engage in selecting promotional items for staff, suppliers, and clients.
Order supplies and maintain inventory.
Manage office service equipment, forms, supplies, parking, office security, etc.
Coordinating and hosting company meetings and events
Audit, Evaluate, and keep up to date with the office insurance policies, lease
agreements, etc.
