Description

Greet guests, take beverage orders and create beverages as per recipe standards
    Receive and input all food and beverage orders through the restaurant point of sale system
    Accept payment and process through the point of sale system
    Ready trays for Room Service to expedite delivery times
    Deliver food and beverage room service orders within 30 minutes to Guest's room
    Set up dining area in the guest room by removing any coverings from plates, glasses, etc
    Have guest sign receipt to verify they wish the charge to be processed to their guest room
    As Room Service ensure no post report is referred to before processing orders
    Ensure a quality check is complete by calling the guest room after delivery and inform guest they can leave tray outside of room for pick
    Ensure floor checks are done, picking up trays from the shift
