Description

W.F. Botkin is currently seeking a permanent, full-time Loader Operator for our Regina office. This position is responsible for efficiently loading and unloading bulk solids, such as aggregates; and performing various related tasks, including physical labor, equipment operation, and maintenance.

Required Skills:
    Ability to complete equipment checklists.
    Ability to position trucks for aggregate loading.
    Ability to construct ramps and stockpiles.
    Ability to operate loading and unloading equipment, conveyors, hoists, and other handling machinery.
    Utilization of various equipment as needed.
    Inspect vessels for cleanliness and compliance with loading procedures.
    Adhere to workplace safety policies and regulations.
    Other duties as required.

Required Experience:
    Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Loader Operator.
    Experience in routine equipment maintenance.
    Flexibility and strong interpersonal skills.
    Effective verbal and written communication.
    Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
    Valid drivers license.
    Ability to work independently.
    Ability to work shift work.
    Excellent time management skills.
