Five Hills Health region is located in south-central Saskatchewan and serves a population of 56,000 people. The administration office is located in Moose Jaw.
Services offered by the health region are: acute care, geriatric/long term care, transition beds, home care, public health, mental health, podiatry, and addictions services as well as CT scanning, hyper baric oxygen therapy, physiotherapy, podiatry, occupational therapy, diabetic counselling, cardiac rehabilitation and an exercise program.
