Description

Summary

The role of Client Relations Coordinator plays a critical role within the Harbour Landing Village leading and supporting key customer experience, sales support and administrative workflow functions within The Village. In many cases, this role will be the initial point of contact for customers, residents and potential clients and have the unique opportunity to shape the overall village experience for all who walk through our doors.

You will work directly with our residents and patrons, and spearhead different projects and activities daily. We encourage teamwork and open communication with our staff and our residents, while maintaining a level of confidentiality. There is a need for an effective communicator, someone who is able to stimulate and motivate others while being aware of and responsive to their needs and concerns.

This position involves guidelines, structure and established policies which must be followed closely, while working with and for others. You will be working in an environment based on teamwork, respect, performance, and responsibility.

This position will require flexibility and willingness to complete different tasks; some days may be stationed at the front desk as the primary Concierge member, and others will require resident engagement and coordination. Both functions of this job are incredibly important for an excellent customer experience.
