PARTS ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK

LOCATION: REGINA, SK

Responsibilities:
    Parts back-up - Includes receiving, unpacking and sorting incoming parts, supplies and materials
    Identifying, labeling and cataloging items received; storing items in supply area
    Processing incoming requisitions and purchase orders
    Issuing and distributing parts and supplies for internal use
    Preparing requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies
    Maintaining records on inventory control system, inventory counts
    Meet deadlines of cut-off
    Data Entry
    Filing

Qualifications:
    Good customer service skills, reliable and have a high attention to detail
    The position is mainly administrative but will also back up our parts person
    Computer skills are required
    Accounting background an asset
