Precision-Fit Door of Regina is seeking an operations manager.
The preferred candidate will have previous experience as an operations manager or have specific experience with HR, OH&S, Facility Maintenance, or Inventory Procurement.
The operations manager must be willing to take a leadership roll in our company and have excellent verbal communication skills.
Some duties will include:
- Develop and maintain OH&S policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain strategic plan to recruit, train and maintain employees.
- Develop and maintain weekly, monthly and annual maintenance schedules for company vehicles, tools, equipment and machinery.
- Procurement of new tools and machinery as required.
- Maintain inventory levels and keep up to date with new products and innovations.
