The Opportunity:

The Rental Yard Attendant is responsible for managing all aspects of the equipment in the yard, while adhering to all company policies and safe work practices.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Management of yard layout and equipment line up.
- Ensuring equipment is in customer-ready condition -
  Inspected, clean and ready for delivery.
- Loading & unloading of heavy equipment.
- Processing rental equipment movement (In & Out) using
  Record360 program.
- Maintenance of yard - including snow removal and
  general upkeep.
- Other duties as assigned.

Heres what you bring:

- Experience with or knowledge of industrial and/or
  agricultural equipment, trucks and trailers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proven experience providing exemplary customer
  service.
- Strong computer skills including the ability to learn new
  systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (on this job
  your most valuable tools will be the 2-way radio, tablet & desk
  phone).
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-
  pressure environment.
- A strong work ethic without sacrificing your sense of humor or
  your ability to have fun on the job.

This job requires:

- A good fitness level - this is an active job.
- A valid, clean drivers license - 1A, 3A, or 5A endorsements are
  an asset.
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors year-round.
- Availability to work regular hours & overtime as required.
