Description

Precision Electro Mechanical is a Saskatoon based business focusing on the sales and service of electric motors, pumps and VFD's.  
Our client base is very diverse, consisting of mining, large and small industrial users and municipalities.  
Successful candidate must be skilled in field data collection, analysis, reporting, troubleshooting, estimating and installations. The successful candidate must possess excellent organization, writing and verbal skills in relation to the technical aspects.  In addition, the ability to work within time deadlines is critical.
The successful candidate will be required to deal with customers over the phone and in person to address their needs.
The candidate will also be required to perform other general shop duties at times.
Requirements:
Technician with at least 2 years of job related experience is preferred
Good mechanical knowledge base of mining, plant and building equipment such as compressors, fans, gear boxes and motors
Investigate and troubleshoot vibration issues
Ability to weld is a definite asset
Excellent communication and a good working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office is a must
Proficiency in using Solidworks is preferred.
Vibration analyst Level II (or level III) preferred
Some travel is required occasionally outside the urban area, depending on demand
