The Saskatchewan Research Councils (SRC) Mining and Minerals Division has an opening for an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support across the division.
Accountabilities
Enter data into the purchasing requisition, contracts management and the Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
Format and edit contracts, proposals and reports
Provide administrative support for events and training courses provided by the division
Qualifications
Minimum three years of administrative experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office, including SharePoint, and experience with Adobe Acrobat are assets
Skills
Self-starter with excellent organizational skills
Close attention to detail and accuracy
Customer service focused with strong interpersonal skills
Team player and adaptable to changing priorities
Effective in both written and verbal communication
The chosen candidate will be required to provide an original Criminal Record Check that is satisfactory to SRC prior to the commencement of any employment duties. The Criminal Record Check must have been executed within the preceding 30 days of receipt.
