Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the accounting department including cash management, financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, and other accounting operations
Manages, and provides leadership to employees; provides coaching and feedback in accordance with the performance management process
Coordinate and direct the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts
Monitor financial performance against budgets and explore, analyze and report variances for discussion and long-term planning, highlighting areas of concern and action plans
Prepare, analyze, and present timely monthly financial statements and other reports
