Description

SaskEnergy is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join our team. The Business Manager provides leadership and manages provincial customer service and business teams to ensure proficient customer service and consistent application of corporate policies and processes.  This includes customer service response, new customer acquisition and the preparation of revenue and cost projections.
Position Details
One non-union permanent full time position in Regina
One non-union permanent full time position in Moose Jaw/ Swift Current

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Bachelors degree and/or Diploma in Business Administration or Commerce or a related field.
Seven (7) years in a contact center environment, as well as two (2) years supervisory experience.
Advanced analytical skills and aptitude to solve complex business problems.
Strong oral and written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
A dynamic leader with strong influential skills to delegate duties and work expertly with customers and employees in a fast-paced work environment.
A dedicated people manager who can coach and lead a team for effective customer experience.
Ability to coach, mentor and influence employee engagement while building and maintaining effective relationships and empowering team members to succeed.
Must have a continuing record of professional development and continuous learning.

A suitable combination of relevant education and experience may also be considered.
