DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage staff and assign duties
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand,
- Implement price and credit policies
- Develop and implement marketing strategies beneficial for the business
- Plan the budget and monitor revenue and expenses,
- Determine staffing requirements,
- Resolve problems that arise, such as Customer complaints and shortage of supply,
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations,
- Recruit, hire, supervise, and retain staff and/or volunteers,
- Excellent customer service insight, with a friendly demeanor and attitude,
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Ability to operate POS System
- Maintain inventory by implementing purchasing plans and staying in contact with vendors and shippers
- Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control
