You will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic direction, expanding our market presence, and driving revenue growth. You will lead a dynamic team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and optimize our sales and marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
Develop Growth Strategy: Work closely with the executive team to define the company's growth strategy, aligning it with the overall business objectives. Identify new markets, segments, and verticals for expansion, and develop strategies to penetrate and capture market share.
Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth across existing and new customer segments. Lead the sales team in achieving ambitious revenue targets, foster a high-performance culture, and develop effective sales processes and methodologies.
Identify Business Opportunities: Continuously evaluate the market landscape and industry trends to identify potential business opportunities. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to inform product development, marketing campaigns, and partnership strategies.
Strategic Partnerships: Identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, research institutions, and pharmaceutical companies.
