Support management team by performing administrative tasks, including but not limited to letters, memos, sending faxes, answering phone calls from suppliers, booking/catering inquiry, scheduling meetings (staff, vendors/suppliers, and customers), creating reports, other miscellaneous clerical tasks.
Organize and sort documents and correspondence according to restaurant location.
Assist in ordering supplies from vendor and ensuring timely delivery of products.
Maintain company documentation filing cabinet and educational resource filing cabinet to ensure adequate supply of forms/packets.
