Our Canadian team is dedicated in Research, Development, and Innovative Processing Technologies that integrate end-to-end process for high-quality oil from plant-based biomass. Our warehouse in Delta, British Columbia, Canada, will ship out the equipment in a timely manner to our valuable clients from North America.

Job Responsibilities:
Lead and conduct administrative projects, including record management, payroll, personnel, policies, procedures, day-to-day operations, or other administrative services
Plan, administer and control budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies
Implement and adjust administrative procedures and process according to companys direction, and maintain internal administrative system regularly
Establish and maintain administrative process to ensure operational and working efficiency
Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Responsible for assisting senior management to maintain the work environment and atmosphere
Organize and schedule conferences and meetings
Responsible for new employee recruitment and training
Coordinate with the warehouse and manufacturing site to implement the necessary administrative procedure

Job Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business management, administration, or other related fields is preferred
Over 5 years of work experience in administration is required
1 year of leadership experience is required, experience as an administrative manager is preferred
Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is an asset
