The Job duties and responsibilities include the following:

To ensure routing trucks across Canada and US hauling.
Using global positioning systems to track the drivers' Location
Keeping in touch with brokers, carriers, and clients
Coordinating deliveries with other work units or departments
To make sure the accurate paperwork for shipments crossing US Ports.
Dealing with conflict and being able to solve it quickly
To Keep records for fuel consumption for each unit.
To ensure prompt response to customers enquiries and provide best solutions for moving goods.
To provide timely and accurate report to accounts regarding On Road Truck Expenses on weekly basis.
To make sure load safety documents like permits
