Your main duties will occur on both company and personal premises in multiple locations.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing the lawn, trimming the hedges, shoveling snow, small repairs, etc.
Ensure that the facilities and equipment are in good working order and report any issues or damages
Plant, weed, water, and transplant small seedling trees on the premise.
Plant, weed, trim, and transplant in flower and vegetable gardens
Clean and maintain all aspects of Land & Sky Grains according to company standards.
Clean windows, blinds, window treatments, and window ledges in all areas.
Clean and dust all aspects of the business including but not limited to baseboards, mirrors, doors, door frames, pictures, shelves, desk, light fixtures, banisters, dcor etc.
Clean the stairways, basement, mechanical rooms and shop areas.
Service, clean, and supply restrooms regularly.
Empty and dispose of all trash.
Routine checks and maintenance on smoke detectors, thermostats, furnace filters, water systems, etc
Ensure all outside areas of the business are kept tidy, especially in front of the building and the parking lot(s).
