Description

Glenavon Family Foods is looking for a Full-time food counter attendant and Kitchen helper.

Food Counter attendant will help in preparing, heating and finish simple food items and serve to customers at the food counter.

Some of the duties will be as follows:
1) Greet all customers with fast, friendly, personalized service and develop a rapport with customers by learning their names and food items.
2) Maintain efficient, friendly service
3) Develop an understanding of our ready to eat items as Limited verity of dishes and the purpose of fair trade and communicates that effectively with customers.

Prepare Food Items which are ready to eat.
As example Veg.- non Veg salads, Ready to eat Sandwiches, Pizza Slices, Fry ready to eat foods items etc.

4) Reports all customer complaints to the manager on duty
5) keep records of the quantities of food used
6) Routinely cleans the food counter, floor, windows, takes out the trash, and other assigned duties.
7) Reports potential safety hazards to the manager on duty.
8) answer customer questions about menu items and serve customers at counters
9) receive payment for food items purchased by customers.
10) package take-out food
