Job Description: We are currently looking for RN (AAP) licensure holding Primary Care Nurse with demonstrated ability to apply Additional Authorized Practice standards & competencies to diagnose & treat Limited Common Medical Disorders as identified in the Clinical Decision Tools. The practice involves working within the nursing program objectives, guidelines, and policies and procedures; building partnerships, completing community needs assessments; supporting inter-professional collaboration; and participating in continuous improvements through evaluative processes/projects.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Nursing
Current certification in ACLS, PALS and TNCC is preferred
Registered or eligible for registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
Valid Class 5 driver's license
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to adapt to changing conditions
Ability to competently use computers and software applications as required by the position
Assessment skills
Communication skills to transfer knowledge/skills
Decision making skills
Interpersonal skills
Knowledge of diverse health issues, culture and traditions
Problem solving skills
Other Information

Field hours may be required

Recruitment, Relocation and Retention Incentives may be available up to $11,500 for a return for service commitment, along with a comprehensive benefit package.

Additional Northern Benefits including an annual retention bonus of up to $3650, Bi-Weekly Northern District Allowance of $240.00, up to a $100 per year clothing allowance, along with Health Maintenance Transportation - up to 4 trips per year.
