I am looking to employ hardworking painters, full-time from May to August. Work will be completed Monday to Friday, generally, 8-5 except possible overtime if the season is busy. No painting experience is required. Base pay will be $17-20 dollars per hour with possibilities of tips from customers, and raises. I also offer a profit-sharing system so if you are working hard and efficiently you will be rewarded monetarily. Throughout the summer we will have many different locations that we will be operating, so a vehicle is necessary to get you to and from the job sight. As a company, we offer a wide variety of painting so you will need to be comfortable with painting: interiors, exteriors, decks, fences, and commercial-sized jobs. I am looking for dedicated, hardworking painters that are fun to be around! You need to employ a good attitude, and want to be in a constant learning environment! This is my second summer running a business in this field, and last year my painters were making $22/hour on average with the profit-sharing model. With my organization and the hard (and smart) work of the team, we were able to complete over sixty jobs in the summer. My previous painters learned many valuable skills such as client relations, budgeting, time management, and communication. This is especially valuable for University Students as finding a job for four months while you are not in school is generally difficult.
