Description

To fulfill Pattison Agricultures vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for an Intelligence Solutions Agronomist x 2. The successful candidate can work from any of our Pattison Agriculture locations (1 West SK, 1 East SK/MB)  and will be responsible managing small grains agronomic recommendations & solutions for customers and personnel.

Responsibilities
This individuals responsibilities include:
- Assist team with customer trials & agronomic demonstrations
- Support automation requirements and leverage systems to review and interpret data
- Support water management, review drainage products and assist customers with data interpretation
- Conduct soil, tissue, and water analysis to provide recommendations for customers
- Assist in training & development of staff and customers

Requirements
This would be an ideal position if you have:
- Advanced knowledge of crop protection products and seed varieties
- Knowledge of farm and agriculture systems in the region
- Certified Crop Advisor (CCA)  Option to obtain designation when employed.
- Professional Agronomy Designation. (PAg  SIA/AIA/MIA)
- 5 years experience in an agronomic-focused role.
- Agriculture, Business, or Science Degree - Emphasis on Plant/Soil science experience.
- Operations Center & Agronomic Application experience
- Have experience analyzing and interpreting data and reports
- The ability to use desktop and internet applications
- Excellent customer service skills
- The ability to work flexible hours, including travel
- A valid Class 5 Drivers License
