To fulfill Pattison Agricultures vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for an Intelligence Solutions Support Specialist x 2. The successful candidate can work from any of our Pattison Agriculture locations (1 West SK, 1 East SK/MB) and will be responsible for monitoring incoming customer and dealer personnel calls with the intent of quickly addressing Precision Ag equipment problems.

Responsibilities
This individuals responsibilities include:
- Quickly and accurately resolving common data, digital and embedded solution questions, and errors through calls and ticketing system
- Assisting the Intelligence Solutions team with equipment set up, optimization, reviewing customer data
- Support equipment set up and operation relevant to water management
- Performing diagnostic/repair of weather instruments
- Assist in training & development of co-workers and customers


Requirements
This would be an ideal position if you have:
- 2+ years experience working in an agriculture related role
- Have experience analyzing and interpreting data and reports
- The ability to use desktop and internet applications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Dealership service or other related work experience considered an asset
- The ability to work flexible hours, including travel
- A valid Class 5 Drivers License and the ability to travel
