Following are the job duties and responsibilities:
1-Provide exceptional customer service to our valued clients by exceeding their needs and expectations.
2-Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
3-Complete vehicles walkarounds and complete incident report forms for Direct Repair.
4-Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
5-Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
6-Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
7-Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
8-Support all team members when required.
9-Prepare and maintain log reports, check fuel card records, track driver schedule
10-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems; and Type
