Summer Student Job Summer Student Job

Description

My name is Judah Kimsey and I am the Owner/Operator of Student Works Painting in Saskatoon. We are currently looking to hire dedicated and passionate individuals to join our painting team this summer and earn what they are worth!

POSITION: Painters (No Experience Required)

COMPENSATION: Our painting systems allow our top painters to make $20-24/hour, with our average painter making $18/hour. Payment is a hybrid of hourly and profit sharing - basically meaning the harder you work, the more you earn. A motivated and dedicated painter earns between $10,000 to $12,000 working from early May to late August.

ABOUT THE JOB:
Fast paced, but super fun environment with incentivized pay scales.
Hands on experience in customer service and communication.
The opportunity to work outdoors with other like-minded people.
Working with your friends is actually encouraged here, so apply together!
Training is provided; therefore, no experience is necessary!
There is potential for promotion within the company (Crew Chief, Operator)

PAINTER POSITION DESCRIPTION: This role is a fun but incredibly challenging position that is ideal for someone wanting to get hands-on work experience and make money reflective of their efforts. The ideal individual is hard working, coachable and has effective communication and time management skills. You will sometimes be required to work at heights or for long hours in warm or inclement weather so needless to say endurance and physical fitness are both assets.

REQUIREMENTS:
Reliable transportation and a license
Ability to work from ladders
Time Management + Punctuality
Available for FULL TIME employment from the beginning of May until the end of August

DAILY TASKS INCLUDE:
Following the Student Works Painting Systems
Setup/Cleanup of job sites
Prep work and Painting
Customer service-related tasks
