Your Skills:
Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals to generate accurate estimates of time, materials and outside services from their interpretation of detailed manufacturing drawings
Prepare cost estimates for materials, equipment and labour required
Prepare and administer tender packages by reviewing and analyzing blueprints, technical specifications, drawings and addendums to generate accurate estimates of time, materials and outside services
Solicit and build strong understanding and relationships with customers
Negotiation of price and terms within the context of company policies
Prepare and submit the quotation for the customer utilizing our ERP software system
Work with the shop managers & sales representatives to ensure accuracy, deliveries and detail
Prepare and administer customer progress reports as required
Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making ability with attention to detail.
