POSITION: Painter (entry-level)
Student works painting is looking for motivated students, or student aged individuals to join our summer team! It is a full-time job running from early May-late August.

DESCRIPTION
This job entails working in crews of 2, and involves interior and exterior painting and/or staining, surface preparation, spraying, carrying equipment (up to 50lbs), setup/clean up of job sites, and communicating with clients.

JOB DETAILS
-Full training is provided, so no experience is necessary!
-Fast paced, fun environment
-Hands on experience in customer service and communication
-Work outdoors with a crew of 2-3 people

This is a fun but demanding job that is best suited for someone wanting to gain hands-on work experience, grow their skillset, and earn money based on their performance/efforts. The ideal individual is hard working, coachable, and has effective communication and time management skills.

COMPENSATION
Our painting systems allow our top painters to make $20-24/hour, with our average painter making $18/hour. Payment is a hybrid of hourly and profit sharing - meaning the harder you work, the more you make! A motivated and dedicated painter earns between $9,000 to $13,000 throughout the summer
