Description

Integrated Health Logistics (IHL) invites applications for a Registered Physical Therapist to join our well-established and leading multidisciplinary clinic. Applicants will have a passion for continuing their education and career, a willingness to learn and pride themselves on providing exceptional patient care.

This position will be located at the BHP Jansen Potash Project, approximately 140 km east of Saskatoon, SK. Work days will be Monday through Friday. Transportation to and from Saskatoon is available.

Primary Responsibilities
Assess patients' medical history, symptoms, and goals for treatment
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
Provide patients with guidance, education, and expertise in all areas of their treatment
Collaborate with site health care team and communicate with appropriate third parties such as referral sources, WCB, and external health care professionals
Accurately document treatment notes electronically, from initial assessment to discharge
Lead in ongoing clinical education and promotion of workplace wellness
Participate in business and community development initiatives to demonstrate collaboration

Requirements
Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Physical Therapists (SCPT)
Valid professional liability insurance
Ability to work in an innovative and integrative team environment
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
