Mackenzie Society Ventures Inc. is accepting applications for a permanent full-time Residential Group Home Supervisor.  

As a Residential Group Home Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of a group home.  You will mentor and coach assigned employees to ensure maximum individual growth while protecting the rights of the participants living in the home.  You will also share the responsibility of weekend on-call duties with other members of the management team.  

Qualifications/Experience:

. Disability Support Worker Certificate or related post-secondary education.  Equivalent training and experience may be considered.
. Two years experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities.
. Experience and/or training in a supervisory role will be considered an asset.
. Understanding of a unionized environment.
. Must be able to budget, communicate, and supervise multiple individuals.
. Have effective written and oral communication skills.
. Ability to work days and occasional evening/night/weekend shifts.
. Current CPR/first aid, TLR, CPP & SP, medication administration training or willingness to acquire.
. Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 driver's license and reliable vehicle.
. Ability to supply a clear Criminal Record Check with a Vulnerable Sector Check as a condition of employment.
