We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Store Supervisor to become an integral
part of our vibrant team.

Job Responsibilities

-Leading and supervising the store team to achieve store objectives, including sales and profitability targets
-Establishing and communicating clear priorities so that the team understands and action these objectives
-Ensuring brand and operational standards (visual merchandising presentation, inventory management, loss prevention) are met
-Ensuring satisfactory customer service throughout the store
-Assisting with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees
-Assisting in conflict resolution and customer complaints
-Managing employee schedules and providing necessary feedback
-Monthly reporting of performance metrics

Requirements

-Minimum of three years of retail supervisory or management experience
-Excellent communication and leadership skills
-Strong understanding of effective merchandising, sales techniques, and inventory management
-Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
-Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations
-Outgoing, approachable, and able to work in a team environment
-Ability to communicate in English and Yoruba language.
-Experience with retail sales of African attire, in particular Nigerian wears
-Experience with ordering African clothing and restocking the store
-Experience and business relationships with dealers of African clothing
-Competence in retail management software
