SmiRac Facility Solutions, a local building maintenance and facility services company based in Saskatchewan. We are located at 320 Great Plains Road, Emerald Park Saskatchewan. Currently, we are looking for an experienced Janitorial Services Supervisor NOC 62024 in the town of Moose Jaw. This is a full-time and permanent employment. Janitorial Services Supervisor will report to Janitorial Services Manager in our office at Emerald Park, Southern Saskatchewan.
At SmiRac Facility Solutions, Janitorial Services Supervisor will perform the following job duties:
Establishment of cleaning standards and procedures for workers and ensure adherence to these standards and procedures
Providing any form of required assistance to cleaners while they carry out their duties.
Scheduling and assigning specific duties/roles to cleaners and ensuring that they are carried out as per service agreement
Inspection of cleaning equipment on a regular basis to know when they are worn-out and request for replacement
Controlling and monitoring the usage of cleaning materials to avoid or minimize waste and/or misuse
Inspect sites & facilities to ensure established safety and cleanliness standards are met
Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards
May perform certain cleaning duties
Education:  Secondary School
Skills, Knowledge & Work Experience:
Previous experience of minimum of 7 months to 1 year in supervision of cleaning procedures in commercial cleaning company is required
Knowledge in WHMIS, SDS and PPE is an ideal
Must possess excellent communication skills in speaking, writing, and even in listening
Excellent decision-making ability is a must-have
Must be proactive in the line of duty
Working Hours:  Monday to Friday: 5 pm to 1 am; 35 hrs/Week
Rate of pay: $25.00 per hour; $45,500.00 per annum
