Job Description: User Support Technician
User Support Technician provides technical support to computer users who are having difficulties with computer hardware, communications software, and computer applications. Our chosen applicant will be a highly motivated and dynamic individual with excellent knowledge of computer hardware and software systems, time management, communication, and people skills.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolves technical problems by communicating electronically and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties
Answer users inquiries to provide technical support for software maintenance or use.
Oversee the daily operations to ensure proper operation of computer systems
Consult user guides, technical manuals to research and implement solutions and read trade magazines or attend seminars to maintains knowledge of computer hardware and software
Develop training materials and procedures to advise and train users in computer interface.
Participate in the redesign of applications and other software
Prepare evaluations and recommends improvements and upgrades for users.
Job Hours: Full time (Monday to Friday)    9 A.M. to 5 P.M.;
35 Hours per week
