Job Description: Under the direction of the Manager of Nursing, the RN will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care in the Emergency Department..
Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Nursing
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Pediatric advanced life support (PALS) is preferred
Registered or eligible for registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
Trauma nursing core course (TNCC) is preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Clinical competence in Acute Care and Emergency/Outpatient Services

NOTE: This is a Provincial Posting and is open to all SUN members within the bargaining unit as per Articles 27.02 and 27.05 of the SUN Collective Bargaining Agreement. First preference will be given to employees of the SKHA (Saskatoon) and its affiliated agencies.
