Description

Main Duties:
1. Receive and store merchandise following company standards.
2. Utilize electric grinders and slicers to process raw and cooked meats.
3. Perform tasks such as cutting, weighing, packaging, labeling, and pricing various meat, fish, and seafood items.
4. Offer recommendations for alternative meat or fish selections to customers.
5. Assess the freshness and quality of meat, fish, and seafood while monitoring expiration dates and ensuring proper stock rotation.
6. Maintain cleanliness and functionality of equipment, displays, and workspace.
7. Adhere to governmental health, safety, and occupational standards.
