Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide customer service to customers, by assisting and providing information and
product knowledge, which is maintained through being dependable for all
scheduled shifts.
2. Process customer transactions on the point of sales system.
3. To be familiar with and adhere to Pioneer Co-op policies and procedures and also
guidelines for the Home Centre.
4. To assist in general stock duties, including receiving and pricing of merchandise
and insuring that all overstock is put away and organized in a neat professional
manner.
5. Assembling barbecues, bikes, other seasonal products including providing
assistance in garden centre.
6. Adhere to company loss prevention, security, and safety policies and procedures.
7. Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Able to work a variety of shifts including weekends.
2. Strong computer skills.
3. A pleasant and out-going personality.
4. A desire and ability to work with the public.
5. Physically able to do heavy lifting.
6. Able to work outdoors.
7. Position is classified as Safety Sensitive. Therefore, is subject to Pioneer Co-ops
Alcohol and Substance policy as a condition of employment.
