Brief Overview:
Metis NationSaskatchewan (MNS) is looking for an individual that has a passion for providing IT supports, is an exceptional communicator, and is a natural problem solver. Under the direction of the IT Manager, the IT Support Technician is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of technical and operational IT supports to current and future information technology systems and infrastructure. To be successful in this position, youll need to be committed to quality standards and be able to work well both independently and as part of a team on solutions in a changing IT landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
-Installation, configuration, and maintenance of end-user workstation hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
-Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT.
-Assist helpdesk support and follow through resolutions to end-user's satisfaction.
-Support other departments in their development and use of IT systems and resources.
-Any other duties and responsibilities as directed by the IT Manager or Deputy Chief of Administrative Transformation
