We are seeking an experienced Automotive HVAC Systems Engineer to lead HVAC innovation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include owning HVAC systems design, raising design standards, scoping CFD/CAE software, developing requirements, interfacing with project engineers, providing guidance to the supply chain, conducting design reviews, and ensuring designs meet manufacturing and maintenance requirements.

Qualifications include a bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical/automotive engineering, 5+ years of automotive design experience, proficiency in CFD tools, 3D CAD drafting skills, and knowledge of relevant legislation and test standards. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills, with a focus on quality and professionalism.
