Description: Ceres Global Northgate Terminal Summer Employment.
May 1, 2021 to August 31, 2021
* Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with some weekends
* Learning the day-to-day operations of a grain elevator and rail yard.

Responsibilities & Requirements

Comply with company safety policies and procedures
Ability to understand and follow operating procedures and policies
Ability to perform work safely and productively
General yardwork, cutting grass, trimming, painting and overall yard maintenance and cleaning
Assist with other general duties within the facility, including but not limited to sweeping, shoveling and other general housekeeping duties
Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:
Physically able to climb up and down railcars/ladders safely, walk up and down steps, and work at heights
Willing to work outside in inclement weather
Able to work in an environment with high dust levels  
Can lift, push, pull at least fifty (50) pounds
In good physical condition (able to walk one (1) to two (2) miles per shift)
Must have the ability to work safely, communicate well and perform in a team environment

Qualifications
Read, write, and understand English
Basic math skills
Computer skills (light data entry)
Valid Drivers License
Own vehicle
Must be 18 years of age.
