Golden West Broadcasting has been connecting communities for over 65 years. We are proud to tell local stories on our radio stations and digital news outlets across Western Canada.We are looking for a passionate Media Professional to join our team.

The Role
Gathering local stories: You will look for important events and interview reputable sources.
Crafting content: You will write stories for presentation on both traditional broadcast and new media platforms.
Engaging the audience: You will deliver entertaining, relevant radio shows and newscasts. You will also interact with the public on location at station events.

The Ideal Candidate
You are curious. You ask questions and get excited about sharing what you learn with others.
You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
You are a team player. You enjoy meeting new people, creating relationships wherever you go.

You are deeply engaged in the community.
Photography, video, live performance, and/or writing experience are considered an asset.
