Required Skills & Experience
Strong customer service, communication, and creative problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and delegation skills. Demonstrated fiscal responsibility. Experience in bistro or fine dining service required. Wine and spirit knowledge.
Job duties
Managing service to ensure an exemplary guest experience. Includes but not limited to: assisting managing the pass, running food, bartending, conflict resolution, public relations, labour management, POS management.
Weds - Sun evenings, $34,000/ yr plus tip pool inclusion, paid vacation days, health benefits
