This position is for a 2024 Summer Internship from May to August 2024.

Agronomy-focused internship to learn the ins and out of a Nutrien Ag Solutions retail location.As aRetail Field Intern - Agronomy Assistant, you will assist our team of agronomists in providing full-acre solutions to our growers. This hands-on role offers a unique chance to apply your academic knowledge to real-world situations, playing a vital part in helping farmers achieve their highest yields.

What you will do:

-Assist agronomists with crop scouting, soil sampling, and data collection

-Interpret data to provide recommendations on fertilizers, pesticides, and other crop inputs

-Assist with the planning and execution of field days and grower meetings

-Maintain strong relationships with growers and internal teams

-Execute our culture of care and comply with all Nutrien Ag Solutions and industry regulatory and EH&S standards.

What you will bring:

-Currently enrolled in a 2 or 4-year higher education degree program in Agriculture or a related program with an interest in Agriculture

-Must have a graduation date of December 2024 or later

-Must possess a valid Canadian drivers license
