Description

As Registration and Licensing Coordinator with an established Professional Regulatory Association located in Saskatoon, you will process registration and licensure applications and maintain the provincial register.  You will also serve as staff lead to the education committee and oversee the continuing education program.    

Explore this exciting opportunity to work in a small team environment supporting the needs of Association Members/Executives and Members of the Board!

Responsibilities include:
- Receive and process applications for registered membership and licenses.   Maintain the membership database and systems files, mailing lists and website directory. Ensure member files are accurate and up to date as per regulation and legislation requirements.
- Process membership renewal declarations.  Prepare the membership report for the Annual Report.
- Manage the continuing education program and maintain the education guide.  
- Assist in scheduling and preparing for education committee meetings.  Attend and record meeting minutes.  Participate in developing/maintaining terms of reference, support committees in achieving annual initiatives.  
- Coordinate the Annual Conference, take minutes at planning meetings, correspond with event planners, manage registrations and setup.  

Education:
Degree/diploma in Business Administration is an asset.  

Experience:
- Experience working with a regulatory body, as well as experience working with a Board and professional committees is an asset.  Experience in the construction, engineering, architectural industry or regulatory fields is an asset.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Access or database systems.
