Network Architect

RFNOW Inc. is seeking applications from motivated individuals interested in joining our Technical Services Team. As a Network Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and detailing work as it relates to RFNows network, VOIP, and emerging services. Evolving RFNows networks to support growth and rapid expansion across Western Manitoba and Eastern Saskatchewan and growing services. Working with and developing processes and procedures for the NOC/Tower and Customer Service teams to deploy services to customers.  Being the SME and level 3 support for network, VOIP, IP, and edge services.

General Responsibilities:

***Building, configuring, maintaining, network and VOIP infrastructure and services.
***Working with other teams to plan, deploy, and support network and VOIP services.
***Researching and proposing enhancements to fix gaps or improve the organizations network and VOIP services.
***Understanding and awareness of company products and services, as well as industry changes and trends.
***Knowledge transfers to team members and other coworkers.
***Tracking and producing reports and metrics for capacity.

Qualifications & Experience:
***A degree in computer science or equivalent training and experience.
***10+ years experience working as a network and VOIP professional.
***Proven track record of learning and adapting to changes in the network and VOIP landscape.
***Strong communication and technical skills.
***Experience working in an ISP organization.
***Experience working on VOIP systems.
***Cisco networking training and certification
