A newly founded company, Bourgault Machines INC., has been incorporated to develop innovative products for skid steer and compact track loaders, small and medium sized tractors, industrial wheel loaders, telehandlers, and other motorized equipment.
Bourgault Machines INC. is looking to hire an entry level Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Technologist or a Mechanical Engineering Technologist with 3D solid modelling experience, preferably SolidWorks, and Microsoft Office experience to work alongside a seasoned team of creative designers. A Mechanical Engineer with R&D and/or manufacturing experience would also be considered. Since this is a start-up company, the position will evolve as new products are developed and as production begins. As such, this position presents unique growth opportunities for an entrepreneurially minded individual. Thus, the ability to work in a dynamic environment and to adapt to rapid change are requirements.
COMPENSATION:
Compensation will be based on experience and applicable knowledge, but the salary ranges are as follows:
- CAD Technologist - $47,840 to $90,001 per annum
- Mechanical Technologist - $62,400 to $117,000 per annum
- Mechanical Engineer - $ 63,003 to $152,000 per annum
(If paid hourly, the conversion to hourly would be based on a 2080-hour work year.)
