OWZW Lawyers LLP is currently seeking a Legal Assistant to join our Family Law practice group.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant and be comfortable working on high volume projects with time-sensitive deadlines.  

To be successful in this role, you possess:
    High level of proficiency with MS Office 365 suite of products (Word, Excel and Outlook);
    Experience with integrated client management systems (ie PCLaw) will be considered an asset;
    Understanding of legal terminology, legal documents and court processes;
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
    Strong organizational skills;
    Good spelling, grammar and proof-reading skills with high attention to detail;
    Ability to learn quickly; self-motivated and flexible.
