Poundmaker Cree Nation Child and Family Services

Poundmaker Cree Nation (PCN) has entered the process of decolonizing family services programs. Currently, services for our children and families are offered through Keyanow Child and Family Services, Inc. and some through PCN. A board has been established and an Executive Director hired. There are many aspects to consider and develop over the next year. This ad is for the initial positions being hired to work with the Executive Director.

Administration  Finance Clerk
Two positions will be hired. A part-time Comptroller and a full-time Finance Clerk. The Finance Clerk will work with the Comptroller and Executive Director to ensure all financial transactions are processed on time, adhering to the financial policies and procedures established by the board. They will have a minimum of a certificate in finance or 3 or more years working in a finance department.

Knowledge of PCN and First Nations culture and language is a definite asset for all applicants. All successful candidates must provide a satisfactory Criminal Records Check and Vulnerable Sector Check. If you have a Criminal Records Check and Vulnerable Sector Check dated within the last three months, you may submit this as well.
