Description

As a Delivery Lead, you will report to the Manager, Solution Delivery, and you will manage the agile delivery of innovation projects within our firm. You will work with multiple teams, delivering solutions from start to finish. The Delivery Lead is responsible for organizing and leading meetings, clearing obstacles that hinder progress and keeping the teams on track. As Delivery Lead, you will inspire ideation by questioning assumptions and generating ideas for innovative solutions.

Responsibilities include:
Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business goals, needs and requirements
Leading initiatives, including gathering, validating and managing requirements, contributing to the project planning, leading cross-functional teams by providing guidance, support and direction and fostering a collaborative team culture and ensuring effective communication among tea members.
Actively seeking opportunities for process improvement and innovation within projects and introduce creative solutions to address business challenges and enhance project outcomes.
Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and progress.
Managing the firms Idea Box, maintaining the tracking and status of all ideas and working with the identified owners to implement and communicate firmwide enhancements
Designing, testing, implementing or adapting existing systems/applications in an integrated environment
Acting as an advocate for best practices, innovative ideas, and improvements within the firm
Expressing opinions and concerns constructively to contribute to the success of projects
