Description

Choice Nutrition Centres is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant at our location in Melfort, SK. We are a thriving health care clinic, offering a wide variety of natural health care & Naturopathic services. We are looking for a career minded individual who enjoys working with the public, has excellent customer relations, strong interpersonal & organizational skills, is able to multi-task & work efficiently with minimum supervision in a fast pace office environment. On the job training is provided, however preference will be given to those who have completed an Office Administration course, have 1-3 years  administrative experience in the health care field, working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Office, Excel, Quickbooks, Electronic Health Records & knowledge of herbs and vitamins. You must be willing to relocate to Melfort & be available Monday through Friday from 8:30-5:30 for this 40 hours/week position. Wage will be $16-$22 per hour, depending on education and experience. Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting and directing clients, providing the highest quality of professional service in a friendly manner
- Answering phones, taking messages, replying to emails, retail and assisting clients
- Scheduling appointments, filing, data entry, and mail distribution
- Accounting including invoicing, cash out, making deposits
- Packing orders, receiving stock and managing inventory
- General cleaning/janitorial duties
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications:
- Ability to provide a high level of customer service
- Demonstrate initiative, efficiency, accuracy and time management
- Highly organized & detail oriented
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, have great interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn and take direction
