We are seeking an experienced Chef to create and prepare quality food items in a restaurant setting. The ideal candidate is experienced in dining-room service and has experience working in a fast-paced environment with high volume. The candidate should be skilled at creating new recipes that meet the requirements of our clientele and make recommendations to management when necessary. Responsibilities:
Be creative, flexible, and innovative when developing new recipes or making menu changes.
Have a thorough knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and service concepts.
Have knowledge of kitchen safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
Serve food in a timely and courteous manner to patrons of the employer's restaurant.
Work with other employees to meet dining room scheduling requirements.
