Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will work under general direction of the Post Secondary Coordinator
Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain confidentiality and professional code of ethics; practices within legal parameters and is accountable to own actions at all times
Mail and phone call Data Entry and messaging procedures
Ensure the quality of Data standard.
Generate administrative reports as required.
General administrative support for Administration department
Set up and maintain filing systems.
Front Desk Professionalism required.
Other duties as assigned.
Employment Qualifications:
Computer software applications knowledge
Good oral and written communication skills; and excellent interpersonal skills
Organizational and time management skills; and ability to work independently or as a team
Experience working within First Nations communities is an asset
Knowledge of Cree culture and language an asset.
Ability to work individually or as a team member
Minimum Class 5 Drivers License
If the successful candidate a current CPIC must be provided
